Dance Club

Dance Club Vol. 1 is an easy to follow, mood elevating, mild intensity dance fitness class set to the hottest beats from Brazilian and Latin American artists. 

Great for beginners or people needing some fun movement while they enjoy their vacation.  

This class is sponsored and held on the lawn space at the iconic Cliffs Hotel & Spa in Shell Beach. Please wear shoes, bring water, and have sun protection.
